Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 25, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, games, and related services provided by Beijing Jijiguo Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jijijay").

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

4. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account/device security and restricting unauthorized access.
  • You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if changed.
  • We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt service integrity or security.
  • Exploit bugs, bypass technical limitations, or automate unauthorized access.
  • Upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable law or platform policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All service content, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by Jijijay or licensed rights holders.
  • No ownership rights are transferred to users except for limited personal, non-exclusive use permissions.
  • Commercial reuse, redistribution, or derivative works require prior written authorization.

7. User Content and Feedback

  • If you submit content or feedback, you represent that you have necessary rights.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use submissions for service operation and improvement.
  • We may moderate or remove content that violates law, policy, or community standards.

8. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items

  • Purchases are processed via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase systems.
  • Prices, taxes, subscription terms, and billing cycles are shown in-app/store before purchase.
  • Cancellation, refund, and renewal policies are generally managed under applicable app store rules and regional consumer law.
  • Virtual items may be non-transferable, non-redeemable, and revocable where permitted by law.

9. Advertising and Promotions

  • Services may display ads (including rewarded formats) and promotional offers.
  • Ad experiences and targeting options may depend on consent settings, age gating, and jurisdiction.
  • Third-party promotions are subject to their own terms and responsibilities.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Services may depend on third-party platforms, SDKs, payment processors, and app stores.
  • We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

11. Compliance with Laws and Platform Policies

  • You agree to comply with applicable laws, export controls, sanctions, and app store rules.
  • We operate services in alignment with Google Play and Apple App Store policy frameworks, including user safety and data protection expectations.

12. Suspension and Termination

  • We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, legal risk, or security concerns.
  • You may stop using services at any time; uninstalling app products can terminate future use.
  • Sections that by nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, disputes) remain effective.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Jijijay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited as required by applicable law and cannot exclude non-waivable statutory rights.

15. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jijijay from claims arising from your misuse, legal violations, or rights infringement.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are interpreted under applicable law determined by user region and conflict-of-law rules.
  • Where legally enforceable, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or competent courts specified in supplemental regional terms.
  • Consumers may retain mandatory rights under local consumer protection law.

17. Regional Consumer Rights

  • Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer and privacy laws.
  • Users in the EEA/UK, U.S. states, and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory remedies.

18. Modifications to Services or Terms

  • We may update these Terms due to legal, technical, or business changes.
  • Material changes will be notified through in-app notice, website posting, or other lawful communication channels.
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance, unless local law requires explicit re-consent.
